AISI BET is a sports intelligence, prediction and decision-support platform operated by SIA AISI, registration number 40203655530, established in the European Union. These Terms govern your use of the AISI BET website and application.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AISI BET. You must also meet any higher legal age requirement applicable in your own jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you are located.

Predictions, probabilities, odds comparisons, analyses, strategy suggestions, bankroll tools and all other content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or gambling advice.

AISI BET does not:

• operate a sportsbook
• accept wagers
• hold gambling funds or player balances
• place bets on behalf of users
• execute bookmaker transactions

Any betting activity you choose to undertake happens with a third party of your choosing, under that third party's own terms, and entirely at your own risk.

Sports data, odds and model output can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. No prediction, outcome, profit or return is guaranteed. Probability is not certainty, and past results do not indicate future results.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, for the money you choose to risk, and for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror or resell platform data or model output
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying models
• interfere with, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure
• use the service for unlawful purposes or to circumvent gambling restrictions
• misrepresent AISI BET output as guaranteed or licensed gambling advice

The AISI BET platform, brand, interface, written content and model output are owned by SIA AISI or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.

The platform displays data supplied by third-party providers, including fixtures, team and player statistics, and bookmaker odds. Such information is attributed to its source where practicable, may change without notice, and is not warranted by us. Displaying a bookmaker's odds is not an endorsement of, or an affiliation with, that bookmaker.

AISI BET is currently provided without a paid subscription. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase and will form part of these Terms.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features, and availability may be affected by maintenance or by third-party data outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA AISI is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where use is unlawful, or where required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
